JOB TITLE: GOVERNMENT EDUCATOR

LOCATION: LAGOS

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To effectively maintain students’ interest and provide interactive atmosphere in the classroom.

2. Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.

3. Link pupils' knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, and challenge and inspire pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

The prospective candidate must demonstrate:

1. Leadership skills.

2. Performance evaluation skills.

3. Time management skills.

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Effective communication skills (verbal & written).

6. Strong People management skills.

7. Excellent IT skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. B.Sc. degree in History, Political science or any related field.

2. A postgraduate Diploma in Education for non-education degree holders will be an added advantage.

3. A minimum of 5 - 7 years teaching experience.

4. IGCSE teaching experience will be an added advantage.
